| Autonomic Function Test Service
การตรวจนี้เป็นการทดสอบการทำงานของประสาทอัตโนวัติที่ควบคุมระบบไหลเวียน ซึ่งช่วยวินิจฉัยสาเหตุของภาวะความดันเลือดต่ำขณะเปลี่ยนท่า หรือช่วยวินิจฉัย รักษา และบอกการพยากรณ์โรค ของโรคทางระบบประสาท เช่น โรคพาร์กินสัน และโรคอื่น ๆ ใช้เวลาตรวจรวมประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง การตรวจนี้ไม่เจ็บปวด ไม่มีการเจาะเลือด และไม่ต้องรับยาใด ๆ วิธีการตรวจโดยย่อคือจะวัดคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจหรือความดันเลือด ขณะทำอิริยาบถต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ นอนพัก ลุกยืนจากท่านอน หายใจเข้าออกลึก ออกแรงเป่า และออกกำลังบีบมือ โดยก่อนตรวจแต่ละขั้นตอนเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ตรวจจะอธิบายวิธีการและอาจให้ทดลองทำก่อนเพื่อให้ท่านสามารถปฏิบัติได้ถูกต้อง ท่านจะได้พักประมาณ 5-10 นาที ระหว่างแต่ละอิริยาบถที่ทดสอบ
Cardiovascular autonomic function test assesses the part of autonomic nervous system which regulates the cardiovascular system. The test can help identify the cause and/or prognosis of orthostatic hypotension, nervous system diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease, or others. This test takes about an hour to complete. It is noninvasive and no drug is administered during the test. Briefly, electrocardiogram or blood pressure is monitored during each of the following manipulations: lying (rest), postural change from lying to standing, deep breathing, straining (blowing against resistance), and handgrip exercise. Before each manipulation, the procedure will be explained in detail and you will have a chance to practice a few times. Between manipulations, you will be allowed to rest for 5-10 minutes.

| Contraindicated in patients with sitting blood pressure greater than 180/110 mmHg, retinal
vascular
abnormalities, glaucoma, or ischemic heart disease, unless the physician deems it appropriate.

โดยทั่วไปจะไม่ตรวจประสาทอัตโนวัติในผู้ป่วยที่เป็นไข้ หรือมีอาการเฉียบพลัน อาการไม่เสถียร
ต้องการการดูแลรักษา และถ้าเป็นไปได้ควรงดยาที่มีผลต่อประสาทอัตโนวัติก่อนตรวจ
ภายใต้ความเห็นของแพทย์ผู้รักษา ทั้งนี้ขอให้แจ้งยาทุกชนิดที่ผู้ป่วยกำลังได้รับ
| These autonomic function tests are generally not performed in patients with fever, acute symptoms,
unstable conditions, or those requiring medical attention. Also, if possible and under the advice of
the
attending physician, medications that affect the autonomic nervous system should be discontinued
before
the tests. In addition, please inform us about all medications the patient is currently taking.
