1. Endothelial ion channels in health and disease, and in response to herbal extracts/drugs, including related mechanisms
2. Cellular electrophysiology, ion channel physiology, chanelopathy, patch clamp technique
3. Vascular function, endothelial signaling and dysfunction, vascular smooth muscle contraction
4. Cardiovascular autonomic function assessment and alteration in disease, heart rate variability, blood pressure variability, baroreflex sensitivity
5. In vivo assessment of microcirculation, nailfold capillaroscopy
